Taibeet Ltd (“Taibeet") authorises you to view and download the materials/content/information (the “Materials”) at this www.taibeet.com website (and all its related websites and sub-websites, including but not limited to www.taibeetmind.com, www.taibeetbody.com, www.taibeetfitness.com and www.taibeethapkido.com) (hereby defined as the "Sites") only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. You may not modify the Materials at the Sites in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose. Any use of these Materials on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. The Materials at the Sites are copyrighted and any unauthorised use of any Materials at the Sites may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorisation to use the Sites automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded, copied or printed Materials.   

You shall indemnify and keep Taibeet indemnified at all times against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, costs, charges and expenses (including without limitation legal fees) incurred or suffered by Taibeet in connection with any breach of these Terms by you. 

THE MATERIALS (INCLUDING ALL SOFTWARE AND REGISTRATION FORMS) AND SERVICES AT THE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Taibeet's obligations with respect to its products, solutions, services and programs are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided and nothing on the Sites should be construed to alter such agreements. Taibeet further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the information, materials, software or services at the Sites. Taibeet may make changes to the information, materials and services at the Sites, or to the products, services, solutions and prices described in them, at any time without prior notice. The information, materials and services at the Sites may be out of date, and Taibeet makes no commitment to update the materials, information and services at the Sites. Information published at the Sites may refer to products, solutions, programs or services that are not available in your country. Consult your local Taibeet business contact for information regarding the products, solutions, programs or services that may be available to you.

IN NO EVENT WILL TAIBEET, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED AT THE SITES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE OF THE SITES, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SITES, OR THE MATERIALS OR INFORMATION OR SERVICES CONTAINED AT ANY OR ALL SUCH SITES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT TAIBEET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOUR USE OF THE MATERIALS, INFORMATION OR SERVICES FROM THE SITES RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR CORRECTION OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, YOU ASSUME ALL COSTS THEREOF. 

All emails submitted through the Sites offer you the opportunity to join our Newsletter or Email lists. If this option is not selected, we will not contact you with any information about our products, solutions, services and/or programs, unless you are already on our database(s) for whichever reason. However, we may contact you directly to deal with your enquiry if the nature of the enquiry demands it. 

If at any point you wish to opt-out of receiving general and marketing communications from us via email you can email to admin@taibeet.com, with “Unsubscribe” as email subject.

Without your consent, we will not disclose any email information we keep about you to any third parties, except to business partners and third-party suppliers we engage to provide services which involve processing data on our behalf.

Taibeet has not reviewed all of these third-party sites and does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. Thus, Taibeet does not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information, software or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them.
